How do I create a new IEP?

1. Log into app.everway.com.
2. Navigate to Polaris.
3. Select "Add" by the desired student. 
   

4. Set the desired start and end date.

    

5. Select the desired areas of Academic Grade Level and Student Progress Suggestions.
   
6. View document.
   
7. Add assessments, strengths, needs, etc as appropriate for the student.
