Polaris Beta anonymizes all PII that goes to AI services to provide recommendations for all areas, including goals, objectives, accommodations, modifications, etc. This keeps student data safe and provides individualization of pre-drafted data without bias.
The Generative AI features of the Polaris Beta are meant to replace the goal library, providing SMART goals based on the needs identified from benchmark and rubric assessments. If you have an idea for a goal, but you aren't confident how to phrase it, you can click Add Goal, type in your thoughts on what you want the goal to be about, then click outside of the goal input and our Generative AI service will rephrase the goal in a way that’s SMART and district compliant.
