How to Create an Addendum to an IEP

1. Navigate to the IEP Roadmaps page.
2. Open the desired IEP.
3. Select the three dots on the right side of the IEP. 
   1. Please note, if on the student details this is located on the card:
      
   2. If on the IEP itself, this is located in the top right of the page:
      
4. Make the desired changes. 
5. Finalize the IEP.
