Getting Started Resources
Everway provides several complimentary resources for getting started. It is important to orient yourself with the features of Everway solutions and we believe in providing training and implementation resources with your purchase that’s here for you 24/7.
Smart Start
Smart Start Learning Pathways are our commitment to your success with Everway products. The course is accessible for anyone with a login to app.everway.com and can be accessed through the Professional Learning section from the product menu under Home. Once on the Professional Learning Home page, they will appear under the Smart Start Onboarding header. Each user will receive a certificate of attendance after completing the course.
Professional Practices
Also located within Professional Learning is the Professional Practices. This feature contains courses on the Science of Reading and IEP Development.
Knowledge Base
The Everway Knowledge Base allows subscribers to search through hundreds of knowledge articles about Everway's solutions and email customer support right from inside the account. This complimentary help tool is available to subscribers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Help Widget
A help widget is embedded at the bottom right of the Everway website. The help widget gives recommended articles based on the content of the solution page as well as offering the ability to search the knowledge base or contact a customer support representative for further questions.
