How To Assign A Board In Student View From My Boards

1. Sign in to app.everway.com > Shared Sign In.
2. Select My Boards from the SymbolStix PRIME menu. 
   
    
3. Select the Add Assignees button on the board you wish to assign.
   
    
4. OR select the pencil icon to edit the assignees if the board is currently assigned.
   
    
5. Select the desired assignee(s).
   • Note that assignees must be seated in SymbolStix PRIME and have a Student Login method set up to be available. 
6. Enter the desired start and end date.
7. If using the Planner, select the desired class.
8. Select Save. 
   
    

Assigned boards will remain visible in Student View until the selected end date or are manually unassigned.
