How To Check the Status of Your Support Ticket and/or View Your Chat Transcript

Log in to your Everway account at app.everway.com > Shared Sign In.
Select your username in the lower left-hand corner of the page.
Select Help & Support.
Select your name in the upper right-hand corner of the support center.
Select My Activities.
Any support requests that you have submitted will display under My Requests.
Selecting the title of the request will show the communication from the Everway support team along with key details about the request.
