How To Reset A Service Provider's Password As The Subscription Manager

1. Sign in to app.everway.com > Shared Sign In.
    
2. Select Manage Faculty & Students from the My Account menu.
   
    
3. Locate the name of the desired person and select the three dots to the right of their name.

4. Select Send Password Recovery.
   
   
    

   An email will be sent to the Service Provider with instructions for resetting their password.
