How To Create a Custom Pathway Under Managed Pathways

You can now create a Custom Pathway that can be shared with other users who are assigned the same Grade Band. This feature allows users to add, delete, and move content around, while still being able to keep the same Scope and Sequence across classrooms. Custom pathways can be created by Administrators, as well as licensed users, and shared amongst users who have the same Grade Band selected. 

Please note that you cannot copy a custom pathway from one unit to another.

1. Navigate to the Planner page under the My Account Menu.

   

2. Select Pathways and then Manage.
   
3. Locate the ULS Pathway that you would like to customize and select .
4. Rename your Pathway to the desired name.
5. Add Collaborators, if desired.
   1. If you choose to not add any collaborators now, you can leave blank. You will be given the option to add collaborators before you finalize your custom pathway.
6. Select Continue.
7. Edit the Pathway by Adding, Moving, or Deleting content as desired to each unit or day of instruction.
8. Once all changes have been made, select Save.
   NOTE: This does not have an auto-save option and we suggest frequent saving.
9. If you are ready to Publish your Custom Pathway and share with other licensed users, you can select Publish. You will be given the option to add Collaborators.
